1 Definitions and Scope of Applicability

In this document, "tk 33", "platform", or "site" refers to all services operated under the domain https://tk-33.cam. "Member" or "user" refers to anyone who has registered or is attempting to register on this site. "Terms" refers to this entire document, including any future amendments.

2 Account Registration and Personal Responsibility

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and any balances and bonuses held in them will be withdrawn. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is also considered a violation of this policy.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your password and login credentials completely confidential is your own responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the tk 33 support team immediately.

• The mobile number and email provided at registration must remain active.
• If your contact details change, you must update them in your account.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

tk 33 provides services only to individuals aged 21 or older. At registration you must declare that you are at least 21 years of age. The platform may request a valid identity document (National ID card or passport) at any time.

If a minor opens an account or assists anyone else in opening one, the account concerned will be closed immediately. The responsibility for ensuring minors are aware of this and for keeping devices secure from them rests with the family itself.

3.1 KYC Process

Under the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, identity verification may need to be completed before withdrawals above a certain amount. Delays in completing this verification may also delay payment processing.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The following methods can be used for transactions on tk 33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.2 Account Ownership

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. The name on the payment method must match the registered name on the account. Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Transaction Errors

If a transaction encounters a problem due to a technical error or any other reason, the support team must be notified promptly. The platform reserves the right to recover any excess amount credited due to an erroneous transaction.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

New members on tk 33 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit as a welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.1 Terms for Other Promotions

• Weekly tk 33 Reload Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering 15x. Minimum deposit ৳300.
• tk 33 Slots Fun Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering 20x. Minimum deposit ৳300.
• Weekend Cricket Deposit Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000. Wagering 12x.
• Refer a Friend tk 33 Reward: Up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x.
• Birthday tk 33 Gift: Up to ৳2,000, wagering 5x. Date of birth verification required.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

After receiving a bonus, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed. If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus may expire. If bonus misuse is detected (use of multiple accounts, manipulation of betting patterns), the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games operated on tk 33 are supplied through approved software providers. Each game has its own applicable rules, which can be found within the game interface.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a round is left incomplete during a game due to server issues, internet disconnection, or a software error, the bet for that round may be considered void and the bet amount may be refunded. However, decisions will be made based on the nature and circumstances of the error.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using any technical method to predict game outcomes.
• Placing bets in collusion with other players.
• Attempting to make any unauthorised changes to the platform's systems.

If such activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

7 Account Suspension, Restrictions and Closure

In the following circumstances, tk 33 may suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

7.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

If a member wishes to close their account of their own accord or apply for self-exclusion for a set period, they may contact the support team. This request will be honoured in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

8 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on the tk 33 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is protected under full copyright. Users may not copy, republish, sell or use this content for commercial purposes.

The platform also contains content belonging to third parties (game developers, payment providers), which is subject to their respective copyrights.

9 Limitation of Liability and Acknowledgement of Risk

12.1 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms becomes ineffective or legally unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The ineffective part will be rewritten to be consistent with the effective parts.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific terms of individual games or promotions together constitute the entire agreement between the user and tk 33. Any promises or discussions made previously, whether verbally or in writing, will not remain in force as additions to these terms.
